Working together with the group, students learn the basic principle & techniques of Thai Massage which by the end of the course will enable you to confidently give a 90 mins Thai Yoga Massage.

During this introductory weekend, we will delve into the profound realm of internal organ massage. While accessing the belly brain we learn to intuitively connect and re-harmonise with our most sacred centre. As 80% of our immune & serotonin systems are produced in the gut, bringing these into balance can help alleviate chronic ailments, toxicity & emotional blockages providing us with a stable base from which to move more freely and happily in the world.
Often overlooked in traditional massage , this transformative course begins a journey of palpation, understanding, and interaction with the body‘s inner landscape. While drawing from different modalities this course will empower the students to cultivate their own intuitive healing powers. Suitable for anyone who seeks to dee- pen their own practice, from the complete novice to experienced practitioners.
Chronic ailments often begin in the gut. Whether it’s bloating, constipation, IBS, or sluggish digestion, toxicity in the belly creates a cascade of imbalances—leading to headaches, fatigue, brain fog, and even chronic pain.
This course will teach you how to release deep-seated stagnation in the belly, improving digestion, increasing circulation, and restoring energy.
As we clear toxicity, clients often experience relief from tension-related headaches, reduced inflammation, improved sleep, and a profound sense of lightness in their bodies.
Beyond the physical, the belly is a storage center for unprocessed emotions. Fear, grief, anxiety, and even past traumas can manifest as tightness, bloating, or an inability to fully relax.
By working on the abdomen, we release these emotional blockages—allowing clients to feel more grounded, confident, and emotionally free.

After completing the Level 1: The Art of Touch or having taken the beginning steps of Thai massage via another course you can then move onto this next 5 Day course which will end the Basic 10 day training. Once again we will review the foundations & principles seen in Thai Massage 1 & then additionally you will learn numerous advanced techniques and some dynamic movements combined with Transitions. Through these days together the massage will become more fluid & slowly it becomes a dance - the Sacred Dance.
