Each session will be recorded in zoom. Breakout rooms will be used for exercises so you also get to connect with the other students. What will be included? * Each session will give you skills to find you authentic voice & touch your heart through this devotional practice. * Detailed discussion on Sanskrit Mantra & its translation. * You will practice mantra externally as well as internally (Japa using a Mala). * You will be given details on how to cultivate a daily practice. Practice at home schedules will be given to create self-discipline. These sessions will help: * Reduce stress, anxiety. * Gain attention, direction, focus & trust. * Connect you to a devotional practice and to your heart.
