Inspired by nature, Anusara & other styles of yoga come & be on the grass & amongst the trees sharing together the practice of Yoga in this beautiful spot in the Schlossgarten, Karlsruhe. This is Yoga for all, by Donation. Bring a smile, a yoga mat or blanket or do it directly on the grass.  Dynamic Thai Weekend - Happy Back Join me at the Yogahaus, Ettlingen for a weekend of Dynamic Thai massage. Our focus during the two days together will be techniques to support the maintenance of a Happy spine and back. As with all Dynamic Thai courses we will integrate the techniques into the whole body, using rhythmic, rocking and stretching.

Surrounded by trees I will share a little session of the dance of Thai Massage in English. You will be guided through a simple sequence you can then share with your friends and family. These classes are by DONATION. Come along alone or with a friend or two. Children are also welcome to join. If you are able to lift someones leg you are able to join, no age restriction! Bring a yoga mat and or a blanket.
