Join me for a weekend of Thai Massage focusing on learning techniques for the Head, Neck & Shoulders. Modern life today means more work on the computer, less time outdoors & in nature, more demands & less time for well being. Therefore so many people have higher stress levels, more illnesses & imbalances in the physical & emotional body, resulting in pain & tension in the head, neck & shoulders.

This course is for anyone wanting to improve their confidence & touch working with the head, neck & shoulders. Whether a yoga teacher, body worker or someone who wants to help friends or family destress & relax from everyday pressures & tensions. This could also just be an option to take a break yourself & enjoy the journey of spending a delightful weekend giving & receiving Thai massage to this area of the body that is deeply relaxing.

You will learn though your own practice & touch on one another & from guided demonstrations. Yoga, Meditation & chanting will also be part of the course.

Join us outdoors in Durlach, Schlossgarten for 75 Min yoga class.  Take in the fresh air, sounds, smells, trees, flowers etc whilst participating in an eclectic alignment flow class.  

Available for all levels, this class will be in English. Please bring a mat & a blanket.
