​Level 1 Thai Massage Course

This Level 1 course will be split up over two weekends, including a Friday evening and full days on Saturday and Sunday.   Please see more detailed outline of the course under the Thai Massage section.

Friday 28th Oct: 6 - 9pm
Saturday 29th Oct: 9 - 4.30
Sunday 30th Oct: 9 - 4.30

Daily Schedule:
9.00 - 09.30: Meditation & Intro
09.30 - 12.00: Practical session
12.00 - 13.30: Lunch
13.30 - 16.30: Practical session

Each day we will travel from the feet to the head with demonstrations, theory & practice time. 

Instruction manuals will be provided.

Upon completion of the course students will receive a certificate from Lulyani/Sunshine House schools of thai Massage/ mindful touch program:

I will be teaching regular yoga classes in Karlsruhe, Germany see below for the schedule.  These classes will be in English.  Classes are open level, tailored to those that join the class.

Lucanita Yoga 

​Tuesdays 14:30 - 15:45 - Pregnancy yoga in English.

Yoga helps you breathe and relax, which in turn can help you adjust to the physical demands of pregnancy, labor, birth, and motherhood. It calms both mind and body, providing the physical and emotional stress relief your body needs throughout pregnancy.
Taking a prenatal yoga class is also a great way to meet other moms-to-be and embark on this journey together.

Tuesdays 17:00 - 18:15 - Flow from the heart

Anusara principles of alignment will be combined with a creative flow from the heart to uplift, strengthen, calm & balance the mind & body.  Helen uses sound, mantra & breath work throughout the class to build upto a meditative practice at the end.  A dynamic flow with mindfulness, grace & creativity. 

Thursdays 17:00 - 18:15 - Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga is a a very restful relaxing yoga using cushions & bolsters to support the body.   This allows you to surrender into the pose.  By being very comfortable in the pose & staying for extended lengths of time the nervous systems can align, balancing & calming the body & mind.  It is said that this allows the body to heal, de-stress & allow for deeply held tension to release.  Simple sounds maybe used to encourage the process of relaxation.
