Yoga for Men and athletes

LIMITED SPOTS (6 persons per course) 

This is a class for athletic men focusing on areas of the body that get tight from running and cycling and other aerobic sports. The postures will be specifically aimed at the muscles used for these activities. 

The small group allows for hands on adjustments & correct body alignment. The class will contain postures (Asanas), breath work & meditation.

Class Time & Dates - Mon 6 pm - 7.15pm

About Helen : Originally from the UK I have been teaching Yoga all over the world since 2007. Now being a mum I am based in Karlsruhe and am happy to share this course with you.
