Join Sophie and I for a wonderful week in South West Turkey next Spring for Yoga, walking and relaxation. We will walk and hike along the stunning Lycian Way (in the Sunday Times Top 10 Best Long Walks in the World).

In the day we will be teaching a combination of Dynamic Hatha Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation.

Helen will also be offering Osteo Thai Massages.

Join me for another wonderful fasting retreat in Somerset.  I will be teaching the morning yoga & meditation sessions & I will be offering Osteothai treatments.

42 Acres is a modern rustic retreat centre set in a beautifully secluded valley in Somerset, England; a place for those passionate about creating change from the inside out. 42 Acres is located within East Somerset, England. The farm sits within the Cranborne Chase and West Wiltshire Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The accommodation runs between the main house, the annex and grooms cottage. To create an inclusive environment, there is a wide array of accommodation options available from dorm style to master en-suite. The décor has been described as “modern rustic” and all rooms are based on tiered pricing.

In this weekend retreat you will have the opportunity to take part in cooking classes that will help you to become more creative in the kitchen. You will learn how to create meals that will be healthy, satisfying and fun to make. You will learn about macro-nutrient balance, times of the day for optimal digestion and assimilation, how stress affects digestion and why it’s important to relax while eating. You will learn about common allergens in foods and how to easily avoid them as well as effective ways of balancing blood sugar. All recipes will be vegetarian and dairy and gluten-free.

More and more research is showing the important role that stress-reduction plays with illness on many levels. This weekend retreat will teach you the importance of slowing down and relaxing, and what that can mean for digestion, assimilation and energy levels.

Daily yoga classes will also be part of the program and we will have a team of professional massage therapists on hand to give a variety of treatments, including Foot Reflexology, Deep Tissue Massage, Thai Massage and Organic Facials. (Please note that massages are not included in the price of the retreat.)


The bedrooms at 42 Acres vary in price and style…there is a lovely dorm with 3 beds, single or double rooms with shared baths, and single or double rooms with ensuite baths.

One bed in a 3-bed dorm: £225

Twin or double room, with shared bath: £275

Twin or double room, with ensuite bath: £325

Deluxe Master ensuite room: £425

NOTE: These prices are based on two people sharing a room. Single supplement charges are £100. Our prices include accommodation at 42 Acres, all classes, and all food and drink. Massages and travel costs are not included. There are only nine guest rooms available and these are allocated to customers on a first come first served basis.
